The Church of God Dixon Research Center for Pentecostal history has put out this video on the revival heritage of the Church of God. It has been through revivals that God has dramatically shaped our movement and dispersed the Pentecostal message all across the globe. Most interesting is that one of the major events which gave rise and increase to the Church of God was a Tent Revival on August 11, 1908.
Moving in the same spirit as our fathers did and seeking the same glorious manifestation of the Holy Ghost, we are renewing our revival heritage with another Old Fashion Tent Revival. May the same power of God that moved in August of 1908 and shaped our movement come again in August of 2011 and re-shape His church with REVIVAL!
