MAY 24th 2020
ReLaunch Service
Redemption Place Family

Hello Church Family. It feels so good to be able to type this letter and inform you all of our re-launching plans for in-house worship services. Pursuant to legal consultation and denominational administrative direction, we are opening the doors of the church facility for Worship services. Our first Sunday returning to in-house worship is planned for May 24th, 2020. In your judgement to attend in-house services again, please note that you do voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
While we have been out, the church facility has not been neglected, but in fact it has been beautified. The lobby has been refreshed with a new coat of paint and wall/ceiling repairs have been completed. In an effort to produce livestream for online services during this pandemic, new equipment and services have been secured. While we are excited to come back together in our beloved facility, we know that it will not and cannot be the same as before. Outlined below are our efforts to promote a safe environment and conditions we will be taking as part of our re-opening.
Our Efforts
Stations will be set up around the church with hand sanitizer for all services.
All pews and any frequently touched surfaces will be sanitized prior to each service.
Every other pew has been blocked off to promote social distancing.
Expectations
Childrens Church – We will not be having any childrens church. Children are to remain in the sanctuary under the direction of their gaurdian.
Nursery – There will not be a nursery staff available. The Nursery will be open for parents who choose to use it at their own judgment. Sanitizing wipes will be available for all surfaces.
Social Distancing – Stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arms’ length) from other congregants.
Stay Home When Feeling Sick – If you are not feeling well, even if just a little, we ask that you refrain from coming and watch via livestream.
These are our plans for re-launching in-house worship services on Sunday, May 24th. We will continue to provide, to the best of our abilities, the new livestream feature for online services if you prefer to wait a little longer before joining us in fellowship. God bless you as He blesses His church.
