In a few short months we will be having our 2nd annual Old Fashioned Tent Revival. The theme that the Lord gave us for this year’s revival is “Our God is Mighty to Save”. This is taken from the book of Zephaniah in chapter 3:17. We know that God has a great plan in bringing a genuine revival that produces many souls coming unto salvation to this northern area of Michigan. Please pray for the continued guidance of the Holy Spirit as all the arrangements and details are starting to come together.
This year, our district overseer has agreed to partner with us in making the Wednesday evening service a District wide service. This means that churches all the way from Grand Haven, MI to White Cloud, MI will be joining us in this special service. We believe that this was ordained by God and that He will bring us together in unity “for such a time as this”.
Bishop Thomas A. Champion will be joining us again this year. Last year He delivered a powerful message as people got a fresh dose of the Holy Ghost upon their lives. We know that a great anointing rests on him and we anticipate an awesome service when he ministers.
This year, Bishop Roger Fleming, will be joining us for the first time in our tent revival. Bishop Roger Fleming is the senior pastor of the Church of God in Livonia, MI, He is a gifted minister of the Gospel and a nurturing pastor. His ministry is one marked with blessings and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit.
Continue in prayer with us for this tent revival as there is still much more to get together. The time is drawing near. May we together seek God for His favor and blessing upon this expectant opportunity of the moving of the Spirit of God for a revival like never before here in northern Michigan. Can you see it? Can you dream it? Can you believe it? Will you pray for it?
